The Mamram Alumni Association, a network for alumni of the Israeli Defense Force’s Center of Computing and Information Technology Systems, launched Mamram Blockchain Incubator (M.B.I) on March 20.

M.B.I will focus on early-stage blockchain and Web3 startups for 2024.

Fostering innovation in blockchain

M.B.I is an initiative aimed at equipping blockchain and Web3 ventures with the tools and support to thrive in one of the most dynamic and competitive industries.

Partnering with blockchain leaders including StarkWare, FireBlocks, Collider VC, and Gornitzky & Co., the Association is providing mentorship and access to industry experts to ensure the success of participating startups.

Customized mentorship

Through personalized mentorship and a tailored program roadmap, M.B.I offers startup teams the guidance they need to navigate every stage of their growth journey.

The program emphasizes the acquisition of essential skills combining blockchain technology expertise with entrepreneurial acumen.

Targeting nascent blockchain startups at the ideation and exploration stage, M.B.I provides a platform for transforming ideas into viable products or services.

Leveraging the extensive knowledge and experience of Mamram alumni, who have founded over a quarter of all Israeli unicorns in 2021, the Association is uniquely positioned to support project teams in shaping their visions into reality.

Industry support

Yossi Melamed, Chairman of the Mamram Alumni Association, expressed his enthusiasm for the initiative, stating,

M.B.I is a direct continuation of our commitment to fostering entrepreneurship in Israel. We recognize the growing importance of blockchain and Web3 technologies and are dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.

Blockchain education in focus

The Mamram Alumni Association’s M.B.I program signals Israel’s emergence as a global blockchain powerhouse.

Matan Roginsky co-Founder and CEO of Novia101 & Mamram Alumnus, who initiated the program, says

Education and technology rank among my greatest passions. This unique program merges the two, enabling entrepreneurs to immerse themselves fully in this burgeoning industry. It positions Israel as a burgeoning blockchain powerhouse globally, all while participants receive guidance from the world’s foremost mentors and companies”
