The company which secured a listing on the NSE Emerge platform in August 2023 offers cost-effective and scalable solutions with a focus on innovative contributions in IoT solutions, IT Strategy, and Consulting. The new collaboration marks a significant step forward in fostering collaborative research and development opportunities between industry and academia.
In Wednesday’s trading session, the company’s stock settled at Rs 137 apiece on the NSE, reflecting a 0.18 per cent increase. Yudiz Solutions’ impressive clientele includes well-known names such as Akasa Air, Nestle, Zydus, Cera, RR Kabel, CricTracker, Allen, NEC, Groupon, and more.
The collaboration is geared towards advancing key technological areas such as Big Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Cyber Security, Embedded System Security, Sensor Networks, and AR/VR. Pratik Patel, Managing Director of Yudiz Solutions, expressed the significance of the MoU, stating “The development underscores company’s commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements by synergizing with the expertise of Nirma University’s Computer Science and Engineering department.”
Yudiz Solutions reported robust financial performance for FY23, with revenue from operations reaching Rs 2,731.45 lakhs, a notable increase from Rs 1,875.98 lakhs in FY22 and Rs 1,282.67 lakhs in FY21. The company recorded a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of Rs 361.66 lakhs for FY23, compared to Rs 116.67 lakhs in FY22 and Rs 80.73 lakhs in FY21. The Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY23 stood at 7.47, highlighting the company’s consistent growth trajectory.
