The future is indeed here as Ambrus Studio teams up with Layer 1 blockchain Sui, letting players move their hard-earned in-game assets between games. The smart contract platform not only offers a quicker and more painless way for players to enjoy accessible blockchain elements, but it also makes digital asset ownership secure and more user-friendly.
On-chain assets from one game to another
Ambrus Studio’s E4C titles Fallen Arena and Final Salvation thrust players into a ruthless yet vibrant
world where they’ll engage in fast-paced battles to survive. As they collect crystals and earn points, they can also collect skins that they can upgrade and customise, and these in-game assets can be recorded in the Sui ecosystem for both games.
“In-game assets generated by players in Fallen Arena, soon to be followed by Final Salvation, are the perfect test case for the actual definition of the metaverse – where users own their assets and ownership centres around the consumer,” says Evan Cheng, CEO of Mysten Labs and Original Contributor to Sui.
“In the past, web3 gaming has largely failed to deliver on its promise to redefine player ownership, but the games Ambrus is producing are actually playable, fun, and designed for a mass audience – made possible by Sui’s speed, security and composability.”
Accessible blockchain elements without barriers to entry
In partnership with Mysten Labs, Ambrus Studio is also improving the way players can access their digital assets. Fallen Arena and Final Salvation’s web3 elements don’t have to be complicated – all players have to do is enjoy the forthcoming MOBA and collect their E4C Rangers NFTs to be shared across both games.
“The movement of assets between games in the E4C ecosystem is the actualized dream behind Ambrus Studio,” says Johnson Yeh, Founder of Ambrus Studio and former Riot Games Asia Pacific CEO.
“Being able to move your hard-earned assets from one game to another has never been possible until web3: the seamless integration and use of NFTs and tokens from the E4C ecosystem is redefining player experience. And it’s not just one player at a time – with Sui’s help, we are able to accommodate a large number of players without compromising their gameplay. We can’t wait for the E4C to experience Fallen Arena and then Final Salvation.”
Ready to flaunt your E4C Rangers?
Thanks to its integration with Sui, Ambrus Studios can help players focus on what they do best – playing the game. With the assets they generate across heated gameplay sessions, they can earn $E4C and Combat Tickets, which, in turn, can be used to redeem Ranger NFTs and $E4C. Players can also use these to exchange for rare weapons and heroes for both Final Salvation and Fallen Arena.
If that sounds like something you’d love to dive into, you can learn more about Final Salvation and Fallen Arena on the official website. E4C: Final Salvation is expected to launch in the 2nd quarter of 2024.
